AI Calendar

Terms of use

AI Calendar is provided by ACED AI Solutions Company. By creating an account you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose, and the part about AI is the one to read twice.

The service

AI Calendar is a family calendar that reads what you send it, works out leave-by times, and watches booked travel for price drops. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, and it is provided as is. You check every card before it is saved, and you make your own travel changes.

AI Calendar uses artificial intelligence, and it makes mistakes

Reading an email, a photo, a PDF or a pasted note and turning it into calendar events is done by artificial-intelligence models. We use some of the best models available on the market today (xAI's Grok at the time of writing) and we tune how they are asked, but no AI reads perfectly. It can and sometimes will:

That is why nothing the AI reads is saved until you look at the card and tap Add, and why anything a connected assistant adds without your review is marked as not reviewed until someone in your family checks it. You are responsible for checking what goes on your calendar: the date of a flight, a school's first day, a doctor's appointment. Always confirm the original (the airline's app, the school's notice, the confirmation email) before you act on something the AI produced. The same applies to answers the AI gives in the app and to summaries it writes. When it gets something wrong, use “Report a mistake” on the card or the event: it helps us correct the AI for everyone.

Leave-by times are estimates built from maps data and, on paid plans, live traffic; they are a planning aid, not a guarantee of arrival. Deal Alert reports prices it finds and the steps that usually apply; a fare can change between the alert and your rebooking, and airlines, hotels and rental companies set their own rules. We are not liable for a missed flight, a missed appointment or a booking made on the strength of something the AI read, planned or found.

Your account and household

You must be an adult to create a household. You are responsible for who you add to it and for what you share with them. Keep your sign-in to yourself; a family member who needs access gets their own membership.

Plans and billing

Text messages

Program: AI Calendar texts. We send one-time verification codes when you ask for one, and, only if you turn on Text me in your profile, calendar alerts: leave-by times, flight changes, price drops and the morning summary. Text alerts may be an add-on to your plan. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help, or email support@getaicalendar.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How to opt in, and what we send: text messages. See the privacy policy for how your number is handled.

What you send to be read

You may only forward, upload or paste material you are allowed to share. It is processed to make calendar cards for your household and for nothing else. Do not send anything unlawful or anything that belongs to someone who has not agreed.

Connected assistants

You can connect your own AI assistant (an AI Bot such as Grok, ChatGPT or Claude, or any app that speaks MCP) with a key from Settings. Everything it does is done as you: what it reads, it reads as you, and what it adds is yours to review. Keep the key private; revoke it in Settings if you lose it. The household chooses whether an assistant's additions wait for review or go straight onto the calendar flagged as not reviewed.

Referrals

If we run a referral program, the reward and the conditions (for example, that the person you refer pays for a full year) are shown where you get your link, and can change for future referrals. Rewards are credits toward the service, not cash, and self-referrals or fake accounts do not qualify.

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Account). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is used to harm the service or other people. If we ever shut the service down, we will give notice and a way to export your calendar.

The legal bits

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
