Contact
AI Calendar is built by a small team at ACED AI Solutions Company in Polson, Montana. Email is the fastest way to reach us, and a real person reads every message.
Support
Something not working, a card that read a date wrong, a question about your plan: support@getaicalendar.com. Include the email address on your account and, for an import question, what you sent.
Billing
Receipts and plan changes are in Settings → Plan and billing, which opens your Stripe billing portal. For anything else about a charge, the same address works.
Privacy and data
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted outside the app, write to the same address with “Privacy” in the subject. The privacy policy explains what we collect and who processes it.
Press and partnerships
Schools, leagues and team apps that want their schedules to land cleanly on families' calendars, and writers comparing family calendar apps: we are glad to help, and the demo family needs no account.
